Expression of Interest for Munda Biddi Trail Highlights

To ride some of the more scenic sections of the Munda Biddi Trail (MBT) while staying in comfortable accommodation along the way.

The Munda Biddi Trail is an off-road cycling trail that stretches from Mundaring (near Perth) to Albany, a distance of 1070kms.

This proposed tour will cover the section roughly between Denmark and Manjimup, staying in the picturesque towns of Walpole and Northcliffe or Pemberton, allowing time to take in other attractions in the area.

The South West region is famous for its towering Jarrah, Karri and Marri tree forests, not to mention the towering Tingle trees.

The coastline along the Southern Ocean is quite spectacular.

We are stilling working on transport options (from Perth to the MBT start/finish points) for participants and their bikes, whether hired or owned.

However, some of you may want to turn this tour in a ‘grand WA exploratory trip’ and drive over there so that you have your own wheels, and would like to visit other regions of WA at this very favourable time of year.

Accommodation and specific user-friendly sections of the MBT are still being worked out but if you’re interested in this softer option of experiencing the best of the MBT, please contact Ros.

Here are the proposed dates:

Tues 16th April to Tues 23rd April 2024

(This timeframe allows participants to be back in Fremantle in time to join Paul and Robyn’s Perth City and Suburbs Tour commencing Wed 24th April).

  • Be in Perth by Mon 15th April 2024
  • Munda Biddi Highlights: Tues 16th to Tues 23rd April
  • Travel to Fremantle Tues 23rd April 2024

This tour will be limited to 9 participants.
