Meet at the “HMS Buffalo” ( The Sailing ship is at the bottom of Anzac highway and Adelphi  Tce).
Approx 25km return. Speed 15 – 20 km/h with coffee  at  Grange or West Lakes. Or Henley if the weather or muscles are inclement.
